Really hard to understand what's going on here. Can you make all this clearer? Are you the author? What is your relationship to this book or this author?

The category you chose is okay; (either this or 'Author Promo' would have served equally as well).

I just don't think it is clear what the message is about. Its very cryptic.

What is a blog tour, what is TLC, what's it all about?
What is the book in question: new release? Is the author on Goodreads? What does the giveaway intend to promote?

A blog tour is when a single title is reviewed by several bloggers on a specific date.
TLC Blog Tours is a company that arranges these tours.

I have posted a link to the book in question and yes it is a new release.
Tim Tigner is an author on Goodreads.
The giveaway is for a print copy of his new novel, "Coercion".
