Bailey's/Orange Women's Fiction Group discussion

here's where to put up your suggestions of our next reads!

There are a few books on the 2013 list which have not been nominated before. One of them is:
Alif the Unseen by G. Willow Wilson.

It is described as a fantasy novel with computer science set somewhere in the Middle East, which sounds different to anything we have read so far. I have not read this book or anything else by the author, but it gets some very positive reviews.

I would like to nominate Gone Girl by Gillian Flynn unless of course I am the only one on the planet who hasn't read this book :)

It does seem to be one of those books that almost everyone has read. That means we can all discuss it though, which is good.

I second Alif the Unseen. I currently have it in my TBR pile.
