Of course, Jojo Moyes has written what happens next for Lou, but what are some of your hopes for her future? A clothing designer? Another shot at love? Reconciliation with her family? What do you think Lou's future holds?

Lou has lots of potential and I would like to see her use her talents in ways that are fulfilling to her.
Definitely another shot a love, she can't hide herself away.
What happens next is very complicated. Even when we have the best of intentions about our future, our emotions can get in the way. As we know, Lou is all heart and she's going to find Will's absence more challenging than she expected.
However, family--Lou's and Will's--will play an enormous part in how she finds a way to heal.

As for love, she did just get out of a rather long relationship with Patrick... I hope she is able to enjoy being single for a while.

Today is a day of endings and new beginnings. We have reached the end of our visit with Lou and she is about to embark on her new adventure in AFTER YOU.
I'm afraid that I am still trying to find information on giveaways outside the United States and I will keep you posted by sending out a group email once I find out.
Our travel memories poll is also closed and Paris was the winner, followed by a four-way tie between Vienna, New York City, Venice, and Las Vegas. Third place was also a four-way tie between Washington D.C., Hawaii, London, and Banavie, Scotland. What a well-travelled group we are!
My own sojourn in Mexico City also ends today and I will fly home later this afternoon, bringing with me a treasure trove of wonderful memories. Lou and all of you will be part of these cherished memories ad I am grateful that you have allowed me to be a part of your life for these past few weeks.
I am off to my favorite patisserie for one last Americana con crema and a cardamom pastry, but I will check in later today to see if you have any last comments you'd like to share. Please also feel free to share any comments you might have about AFTER YOU. I hope you enjoyed re-reading ME BEFORE YOU as much as I did.

Thank you, Lisa. I am so glad you chose us as your first read-a-long group. I'm reading this on the plane back home now and very touched by your kind words.

I hope that at some point in the future, we could have discussions in this group again, for After You. This has been great.
Tomorrow, I will be heading to the bookstore to pick up my very own copy of After You, and I am incredibly excited! I am excited to meet Lou again, as well as her family, and the Traynors.
(Julie, I also just want to tell you how happy I am for you - seems like you had a great time during your recent travel! Take good care. And again, thank you! x)

Hi Abigael. I'm so glad to hear that you enjoyed both the book and our discussions. I will start a folder for comments about AFTER YOU and check in once people have had time to read it.
Yes, I did enjoy my trip very much. It was wonderful to explore a different culture. I honestly have to say that I may not accepted my friend's invitation had I not been thinking about Lou, Will, and Paris. Will dies at the end of ME BEFORE YOU, but the book is actually a celebration of life. Moyes reminds us all that we must let go of our fears in order to truly appreciate it.

I'm going out tonight to pick up a copy of AFTER YOU. I would love to participate in a discussion, as well.

Thank you so much for all your hard work with group. I am so glad that it was you doing the moderating in my first read of this book. Really enjoyed all the comments from everyone.
Will be getting After You when I can.
