Gone Series by Michael Grant - Reading "Hunger" from the 20th of January 2018
Chances are I'm going to be starting this one a few days late because I'm starting another book tomorrow which will probably take me a day or two. I could probably finish it tomorrow but I have another buddy read which is a chapter a day and the chapters are long and the font small.
Starting in half an hour. This'll be my first book in my readathon :) There's no schedule on it, is there? And do you want to continue the series after?
I've read this before, three times, and all the time I thought Drake had dark hair! Not sandy blonde! Man that changes things.

I'm going to join with the second book.
Ah I see. Yeah I hope you like it. It's really good :) also hope we can finish the series later on. When do you want to read them? We gonna schedule seperate dates for them all?

(view spoiler) I can't wait to find out what happens to Lana. I didn't expect to like this book as much as i do so far.

Yes it reminds me of that too!

Did you want to try to read book 2 in December we could schedule 1 a month or however?
I will start it either later tonight or tomorrow morning.
When I get home and to my copy of Hunger I will start
Yeah Orsay's a new character. I remember from the re-read. But would you mind putting spoilers up Rachael? I don't want to be spoiled for when Delite and I read it :p

In the blink of an eye, everyone disappears. Gone. Except for the young.
There are teens, but not one single adult. Just as suddenly, there are no phones, no internet, no television. No way to get help. And no way to figure out what's happened.
Hunger threatens. Bullies rule. A sinister creature lurks. Animals are mutating. And the teens themselves are changing, developing new talents—unimaginable, dangerous, deadly powers—that grow stronger by the day. It's a terrifying new world. Sides are being chosen, a fight is shaping up. Townies against rich kids. Bullies against the weak. Powerful against powerless. And time is running out: On your birthday, you disappear just like everyone else...
