Emily | 23 comments Isn't the world in the Out of Time Series interesting? From The Wall to emotigraphs to the Clocks, this future world is way different than ours. And yet it is similar, because people never completely change.

What fascinates you about the world Parvin lives in? What do you wonder about? What advancements do you think might actually come to be?

Carrie-Anne Thomas (faithsongandfire) | 79 comments It's fascinating. I can imagine a tunechip being real, and, honestly, as weird as it sounds, a pirating chip, or something similar. Since thoughts are electrical impulses in the brain, and memories are, basically, carved channels, it would be possible, though, maybe not with something so small.

And emotigraphs might be able to work, though not exactly the same way.

Alyssa | 18 comments I LOVE IT ALL!! And I really wish I had one of the suits...

Also, I love how Nadine had parts of the world/people be really primitive, yet you have cities like Ivanhoe.

Carrie-Anne Thomas (faithsongandfire) | 79 comments Yes. xP The suits would be cool. Especially for story ideas... Oh, look, I need to brainstorm for this story. How 'bout I put on my thinking-suit? :-P

Carrie-Anne Thomas (faithsongandfire) | 79 comments The tunechip is neat. It'd be better if you could turn it on and off... I don't know if you can or not.
