The Sword and Laser discussion

Not sure if this has been mentioned yet, but Seth Dickinson is doing a read-along of his own book over on his website, www.sethdickinson.com. He's up to chapter 5 right now and doing about a chapter a week, and his thoughts on characters and the choices he made when writing the book is very interesting. May be spoilers so I would wait until you've read the chapters before taking a look.
