I recently posted a review for a box set of 13 paranormal romances. It was free on amazon...it might still be free now that I think of it. Authors use this freebie idea as a promo tool to get you hooked, and if you're a great writer it generally works. Sneaky, you ask? Perhaps, but how can I complain when I'm discovering new authors, fabulous books and getting them all for free. I just had to grab it because author C.J. Archer contributed to the set, and I always love anything she writes. If you've never heard of this author you should get the first book in The Medium Series and try her out. It's perma-free. Another author sneak attack on unsuspecting victims who will no doubt be enamored by her writing and happily grab all of her other books. My first love is singing and songwriting. I've been singing since I was two years old, and writing songs since my teen years. I really enjoy taking the main characters from my books and condensing their story into a song. I haven't had the chance to record those songs yet, but it's in the works. When I was twenty-five I ran into a friend who had been publishing her books for years, and she thought I ought to join her writing group. My journey kind of snowballed from there. It's been a great journey, learning my craft and meeting so many wonderful people in the process.
