I have actually wanted to read this book for a while because I have heard good things about it, although I have also heard that it can be quite depressing. I guess we will see...

This is one of my favorite books! I hope you like it!
It is very depressing. Well written, and the story itself is an interesting (if sad) one. I enjoyed the book and the BBC adaptation.
