Fish in a Tree discussion

I just got a little deeper into this book and I found out that Ally has been to seven schools in Seven years. So, I wondered why this happened (Because the book did not explain this) But I realized, is she round or flat? So far I think that she is flat because she has change so many schools in such a short time. So why exactly do I think this? I think this because I think Ally is focused on one trait. I think the trait is troubled. Ally talks about how she has problems focusing in school and can never get anything right. So these traits are both sad and not happy which makes Ally so flat because those traits describe her troubled self. And so far all ive learned was that Ally is troubled. What do you guys think?

Okay so I realized Ally is also sort of artistic. For example, when she went to the principal's office Ally stated to wish she had her sketch book. So then I thought, maybe her sketches are rebellious, and thats why she transferred many schools in the past years. I mean, its just an inference because im not sure why Ally has switched so many schools.
