This offer began Nov 1st, I'm sure the calendars are gone by now.
They aren't, Joan! :) Still well over 100 left!!!
I purchased the hard copy the first day it was available. Is there a way for those like me to get a calendar?

As pub date for the trade paperback of FIRST FROST approaches, we will be doing some calendar giveaways as a special Goodreads group exclusive, so keep your eyes peeled! But the only way to be guaranteed a calendar is to participate in the pre-order promotion.
More and more it seems it is just better to wait until the book comes out in paperback. When you are a loyal follower and purchase the day the new book comes out there are just really no advantages. From now on I will wait and save money as well.
