“How did it get so late so soon?”
― Dr. Seuss

It's about time...to learn about time management Discworld-style!

In this adventure, we will meet some monks and spend some time with our old pal, Susan.
Apparently, there will be a race against time to stop a dastardly effort to STOP time...or something like that.

(I write these blurbs BEFORE I read the books, so I may be wrong someTIMES...)

Anyway, make some time to read this one, 'cause tempus fugit, you know...

I think I'm still waiting on my hold. And my list of books I MUST read ASAP for the A to Z challenge. What an idiot I am!

Ah, but I DID get it and I AM reading it! And enjoying it, of course. I think I really like the old guru guy and his book of sayings from his landlady.

"It won't get better if you pick at it."

Will Macmillan Jones (willmacmillanjones) | 510 comments I think it's impossible not to finish by enjoying a Pratchett, because the man's humanity and warmth just shine through so much.

But I was not taken by the story line.

I'm giving myself a headache trying to wrap my mind around what he's doing to time. I think it's a good time to go back to "it won't get better if you pick at it." Good metaphor for "relax and enjoy it."

Finished up tonight, and still not sure what I think about it. But everything seems to come back to family with Pratchett.

I'm at the halfway point and have to admit that this is not one of my favorites.
