Please could you merge Origins of Cultural Revolution with the correct book, The Origins of the Cultural Revolution: The Great Leap Forward 1958-1960.
The author has been misspelt, so Roderick Macfaquhar should also be merged into Roderick MacFarquhar.
He is not a GR author.
