Mystery/Thriller Reading Friends discussion

We love discussing books and any member may start a discussion thread here under "Spoiler Talk on Books We've Read" to discuss freely - though serious spoilers on this folder should be hidden under the html spoiler masking. *click on (some html is ok) for instructions. The hidden spoilers are not visible on the mobile site view but on a desktop browser session you can click the spoiler open and shut.

When a popular book is on the radar of several group members, to organize a discussion we may start a full folder as a Group Read with a set of threads broken out by chapter groupings. The following books are on the Group Reads list for 2016 with their approximate release date as known if not yet published. We'll start folders for them when the chapters are revealed.
Two "next books" are almost on top of each other with release dates, we'll figure the group read timing out as the rest of 2016 starts to gel.

Just wanted to say that I enjoyed reading After the Crash and I liked The Verdict even better. I would never have picked them to read on my own, but I'm glad I did. Thanks to the group for selecting these and to you, Ann, for your moderation of these discussions!

I probably wouldn't have read either of the last two books on my own either Russ, but am so glad I read them, loved the discussions. Your summaries for The Verdict were much appreciated.

Am I in Spoilers??? I have begun the third book in the trilogy by Kathleen O'Neil Gear The Bone Walker. Have not met Catkin and Browser yet but Dale and Maureen the archeologist are in attendance.

Hi Alfred. You're in the right section, wrong topic. Go to the top of the page, click on the link that says "Spoiler Talk on Books We've Read. Then create a new topic and call it the name of the book. Then you can create posts with all the summaries as you work through the book.

Ok, Carol, I will give it a try. Damn I find this site confusing but do enjoy it.

In Bone Walker by Kathleen O'Neil Gear Dale and Maurine have decided to find who killed Dale their friend. Dale was killed in a Navajo way with feet skinned so he could not walk to the land of the dead.
