Done! Great idea, Steph. It was a tough decision. Maybe some of the suggestions that aren't picked could be used as monthly challenges.

We've got a dozen voters so far, thanks to all who have already made their choices!

I'll be closing the survey at 5pm CST on December 31 and I will get all the new challenges posted on January 1.
