God of small things was definitely one of my favorite read in 2015

Of course, that was good. A different side of Partition. From the humanity's side. And it's short (192 pages) so I'm sure that if not 5 or 4, at least It'll be 3 star book for you. I can bet on this.

The best book I've read in 2015 is Precious Gifts by Danielle steel it's about a widowed man who has a son and three daughters from two marriages. His ex wife kept a secret from him.
