Also If someone is hosting a panel and needs people I can join. I am new to this convention so hosting a panel is above my head at the moment.
I am in Japan so would have to work within my time frame. please email me at kalamadea1234@gmail.com.
I am also ahead in time so that can be taken into account as I can do some stuff while some of you sleep.
Question: What will be the video stuff? Google live stream? Skype? etc. I would like know ASAP so if I need to set up some software I can get it running.

So this year we are going to do some video/audio stuff for the convention, and for as much as I am an insomniac, and there was a time I could go 72 or so hours awake...I am old and it's just not possible.
So I am looking for some hosts. Prefereably since we are all in different timezones, I am looking to cover as much of 24 hours as we can. So if you are in Europe or down under, east coast, west coast we will an opportunity to do some things live, no matter the time.
Here's the positions I have available, just comment below that you are interested and what position you are interested in and I will get in touch with you with the details..
BACKSTAGE HOST: Someone to keep the conversations lively, this will be the more casual coverage and the topics can be broad and spur of the moment. We will do this in shifts, so you need to have 1-4 hours (depending on how many hosts we will have) to be available.
PANEL HOST: This will be where we do a hangout at a specific time and have a number of guests at once, discussing a specific topic. The Panel host will be responsible for creating the topic, finding the guests, and producing the discussion and monitoring the entire broadcast.
READING HOST: Someone to host an author reading from their book, maybe with a Q & A after, up to the Host.
PODCASTERS: Anybody who is already with a podcast that wants to do a podcast about the event, good cross promotion as we can put the broadcast on each of our websites/video channels. Get you some more listeners and for our convention reach an audience we may not have reached.
