Jamie ~ Bad Boy Inspector (jamie_badboyinspector) | 45 comments Hello everyone I am looking for some book suggestions. I am in the mood for Shifter Paranomals. I read Spiral of Need by Suzanne Wright last night and I am looking for something similar to that or Shelly Laurenston. I like the whole pack as a family dynamics and how close they are as a pack and also the humor. I have read most of the BIG names like Nalini Singh (Fav), Lora Leigh (another fav), Rachel Vincent, Sherrilyn Kenyon, Patricia Briggs, Lauren Dane and Laurann Dohner (fav) and this is the type of books I am looking for. I want something with a great story that is not over powered by the sex. I do want sex and romance but just not sex every other page..lol I am looking for those hidden gems out there. I also would prefer PNR instead of UF because I want the series that has one couple per book but they still interconnect as a whole. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Sealed with a Curse (Weird Girls, #1) by Cecy Robson

You named most of my Go To authors for humorous shifters, and I assume you read GA Aiken, Laurenston's pen name for her Dragonkin fantasy romance books. Starts with Dragon Actually.

Alyssa Day, who did the Atlantis series has new paranormal shifter/mystery series set in the same 'world' starting with the just released Dead Eye.

Eve Langlis has several series that might suit your taste starting Fragile Freakin' Flower. Her book, When an Alpha Purrs had me laughing out loud.

Katie MacAlister has a huge series of books about dragons and all kinds of other supernatural beings starting with her Aisling Grey books. Dakota Cassidy has her Accidental series that's kind of a hoot too.

Molly Harper does a good humorous vamp series set in Half Moon Hollow and has witches and werewolves as well.

Not a fun as Shelly Laurenston is Kirsten Painter's Nocturn Falls books. The first is, so far, the most fun.

Hi there all :) I'm not sure if you are still currently after a good book on shape-shifters but I am currently in the process of finishing off the The Blood Destiny Series and have really loved it! You might enjoy :)

Joseph (bluemanticore) | 216 comments You might like Christine Warren's The Other series. I also suggest checking out Sharon Shinn's Shifting Circle series. Another interesting series is Lee Driver's Chase Dagger Mysteries series, which in addition to being part mystery is also part romance, part urban fantasy, and even part sci-fi. And I second the recommendation of Molly Harper. All of her books are a load of laughs.

Jamie ~ Bad Boy Inspector (jamie_badboyinspector) | 45 comments You all have gave me some great recommendations so far. They also don't have to be funny at all that is just a plus. I just want that close family dynamic that makes shifter books one of my favorites. I am making a list of what people are suggesting so keep them coming. I new I could count on my group family :)
