Thanks, Kayl! I'm excited, too. I had so many cool discoveries writing Rule of Mirrors. I had a chance to think about how closely our personalities are formed by our experiences and bodies. Rosie finds her consciousness split in two. She struggles to become whole and get revenge.

Thanks, Ariel! I think book 2 answers some questions and sets up some more. I try to think of each book as its own complete story, but in a series, I have layers unfolding to work with, too. I don't have the entire story arc mapped out before I begin, so writing each book involves a lot of discovery for me. It keeps me surprised, you know?

We are so alike in our processes. I find that reassuring. Usually, the more I talk to other writers, the more I find we all do it different ways and every process is okay as long as it works. That permission feels good, and yet, it's also nice to hear you are wandering around in this fog of uncertainty and discovery, too. Good luck with your writing.

I'm in shock that it's tomorrow, frankly. The date seemed so far away for so long that I half convinced myself it would never come. I didn't want to fret. I'm also far from home, so I'm not having a launch at my usual local bookstore which feels different, too. It doesn't feel quite real, but I hope it will tomorrow. Thanks for celebrating with me, Tiffini. :)

I am really glad that our writing process is similar because I know mine doesn't have much stability, it's mainly wherever my characters take me that I go, and that's scary. So I am glad that I am not alone in the uncertainty, excitement, stress, and amazement that involves writing. It is majorly reassuring.

You have described it aptly. Later, though, to go from that chaos and uncertainty into the time of revision when ideas gradually crystalize is so deeply satisfying. We just need to have faith in ourselves. So hard to do! Keep going, Ariel. You will certainly get where you need to go with your work.

I started it a few hours ago and wow! I loved it I just finished and it’s past 1 am! Totally worth it though :)

Aria,
Ha! Um, I thought it was a good ending?
I don't know when Vault 3 comes out because I have to write it first. I'm working on it!
Hugs,
Caragh
