The Princess Bride is one of the few books that has always made me laugh. Others being -

Carry on , Jeeves - PG Woodhouse
Guards, Guards - Terry Pratchett
Whisky Galore - Compton Mackenzie
Three Men in a Boat (To Say Nothing of the Dog) - Jerome K Jerome
Collected Short Stories of Saki - H.H Munro

Who do you look to for a giggle?

I've been meaning to read Christopher Moore again. I still think The Stupidest Angel is the funniest book we've read as a club.

Lara E Brown (larasaurus) Agreed. That and Dark Lord!

Red Dog (red_dog) | 65 comments I probably haven't read a book for a giggle for years (yes, I am that sad), but I always liked Harry Harrison on a humorous basis
