Since the author passed away recently, I nominate: To Kill a Mockingbird or since Roots is so long we could read Love You Forever :)

I didn't realize TKAM hadn't been chosen yet. Shows how much attention I pay. LOL I certainly wouldn't mind reading it again. It's been a couple of years or more. It's a fast read. Shall I do a poll between the 2? Up to you.

Let me know if you want a poll. I can put one up later on. Have hip injections at 1:00 & a meeting at 3:00 so I'll be busy until this evening.

Well, I didn't do either. I'll set up a thread for both & those interested can read either or both. I read Love You Forever last year & won't read it again probably. Neither I nor my grandkids own a copy.
