2017 Reading Challenge discussion

I just got the second book done and it is just incredible. If you don't have a good idea for what to read in this category, go read The Blade Itself... and then go read the sequel Before They Are Hanged because it's just so damn good!

Yes, yes, yes!! So good! I also read Best Served Cold which is in the same world, but not a direct sequel. Some minor characters from the original trilogy resurface as main characters. The Heroes and Red Country are also in this world and I will have to bump them up on my list now!

What I love the most about Abercrombie is how he makes you care about characters that are actually pretty unsympathetic. The books keep me guessing all the way too.

I'm going to read something else before I get started on Last Argument of Kings, then I intend to read those three you mentioned as well. I love that world.
