Welcome to the first discussion post for Doon! If you haven't already started then you shouldn't be here because of spoiler reasons. Please by all means, answer these fun questions if you've read the allotted pages.

1. What would you do if you saw a hot guy wearing a kilt just walking around?
I'd probably go up and talk to him. Doesn't hurt to try, at least. Even if I were going crazy, it'd be the good kind of crazy. You know what I mean?

2. At this point in the book, would you stay in Doon if you had the chance?
Honestly no. I don't think I could bring my entire family on a one-way trip to Doon. Trust me, I'm all for adventure and living life on the edge but if my family and friends aren't there with me, it's not worth going at all. Sorry Doon.

3. Do you have a friendship like Veronica and Kenna?
To be totally honestly, no I don't. I don't think any of my friends would pay for my ticket to Scottland. That doesn't mean they're bad friends because they're not but it just means that they're not as CRAZY as Kenna. I'm kidding, I'm kidding. Vee and Kenna are like friendship goals <3

4. Pride and Prejudice is mentioned in this book! Have you read it yet?
NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NOT YET. But I have the beautiful vintage classic edition which I was planning on reading right after reading Doon. I'm so excited!!

5. How are you liking the book so far?
There are so many great references to famous works in literature to taglines of some famous brands (Like the cocoa pops one). I very much enjoy reading about Veronica more than Kenna just because Vee is such a flawed character and we see much of her family playing a role as well. I feel like we're not getting enough Kenna, but it's too early for me to say. Really enjoying it so far! What about you guys?
