SOS: Serious Overload of Series discussion

Is anyone else having any issues with being able to import your Amazon book purchases in to GR? I've been having problems with it for quite some time now. I used to be able to do transfer them over without any problems. I just tried to do it and it transferred 2 books and God knows I've purchased more than 2 books.

I've started to do that many times, but haven't so I'm no help. Sounds like an issue to report to TPTB and hope they fix it. Although, since that's a *kissy sound* joint Amazon/GR issue it'll probably be fixed right away.

Is that something you can do from your phone or is it only an online function? I've never seen this option before but if it gets fixed, I'd love to use it.

I'm pretty sure that's an online function only, Amy. It shows up on the top right side of my home page: "Add Your Amazon Books". Try this link and see if it works for you.

I think today is glitch city. I kept having issues trying to edit my posts in threads too.

I think the booklet which allowed to do this has been modified (I've read something about it at Feedback group). I don't know because I use calibre to add the books to my shelves.

Kim, this is the message where the updated bookmark is included. It works for me where the previous one didn't.

Yes, this was an easy way to import your recent Amazon purchases to GR. It would then have all your recent purchases listed w/ book covers shown all together on one page and you had the option to select "want to read" or you could select "Do Not Add".
It was a simple way of importing without uploading a .cvs file. The "Add Amazon Purchases" link is on your "My Books" page listed on the left side under tools which is below all your bookshelf names. What shows up in the address bar when I hover over that link is

It's really not that big of a deal and for future purchases I have the "Add to Goodreads" bookmark so I can do that as I buy them. I just get a ton of freebies that I know aren't in TBR books in Goodreads. I do thank you for the time you all have spent looking in to it.
