Charissa (charissastastny) | 169 comments I'm Charissa Stastny. On my blog--Joy in the Moments--I review about 2-5 clean romance books I've read each month and rate them on my Sweet Scale (because I think books are as tasty as chocolate). Occasionally, I'll review a book in another genre if I really like it. Here's a link: https://joyinthemoments.wordpress.com/

Julie | 58 comments I'm Julie Coulter Bellon and I blog at http://ldswritermom.blogspot.com

I review books on Mondays and Thursdays, I review the TV show Castle on Tuesdays, I have a What Am I Reading Wednesday, and finish off the week with a Freebie Friday of a clean book I've come across that is currently free on Kindle. I love sharing all the great books I've come across!

I've been sneaking in and looking at your blog for over a year. You do a good job. I'm jealous you got to meet Alex Boye. How cool! Welcome!

Book Geek Reviews | 11 comments Hi. I'm Karlene. I do two blogs/websites for books:

New LDS Fiction: http://www.newldsfiction.com/
Not reviews, but I spotlight new releases by LDS authors. So if you're an author and not on my site, click the Info For Authors menu tab, and then Spotlight.

Book Geek Reviews: http://bookgeekreviews.com/
Where I do my reviews. I am inconsistent at this one, depending on my day job and how much time I have to review. I'd love to review more...someday.

message 6: by A.L. (new)

A.L. Sowards | 2481 comments Thanks, Karlene!

Everyone, if you're wondering if an author is LDS or not, Karlene is probably the best person to ask. She knows a ton about LDS authors! (I'm so glad she joined the group!)

Nice to meet you, Karlene.

Katie (hiding in the pages) | 14 comments I'm Katie. I started blogging almost three years ago and can be found on http://www.katiescleanbookcollection.....

message 9: by Melanie (new)

Melanie (melanie_v) | 4 comments I'm Melanie. I've been blogging for the past three years at http://melsshelves.blogspot.com/. I have a hard time passing up books that sound interesting and usually review 15-20 books/month, but am getting busier so will need to slow down soon. I love to read just about anything, provided it's clean.

message 10: by Charissa (new)

Charissa (charissastastny) | 169 comments I recognize both your blog names. Welcome to our group. We're excited to have you here Katie and Melanie.

What? You sneak in? That makes me so happy! You should comment so we can be bloggy friends as well as Jello friends. :)

I'll have to do better. Sometimes, Blogspot and I don't mesh well. I have tried to leave comments on certain blogs (not sure about yours--but others over the years) and it kicks me off. So I've gotten lazy about commenting on Blogspot blogs because I've wasted time trying to do so in the past. Basically that was a long comment to justify my laziness for not trying anymore. I will repent and "go and do."

message 13: by Julie (new)

Julie | 58 comments LOL I will watch for your comments! I'm excited to get to know you better. :)

message 14: by Cathy (new)

Cathy (cathyj) | 63 comments I'm Cathy, I blog about books 3-5 times per week on my blog, www.mybookaday.blogspot.com. I read a lot of different genres of books, but I'm really particular about only reading clean books! :)

message 15: by A.L. (new)

A.L. Sowards | 2481 comments Welcome, Cathy! Thank you for joining us!

Carolyn Frank (carolynfrank) | 4 comments I'm Carolyn Twede Frank, and I've just re-dedicated myself to my blog, www.franklycreative.blogspot.com (It's been ailing for the past year or so). I've decided to take it a new direction. Because I'm a writer, I thought at first I needed to blog about writing--because that appeared like the thing to do. My blog felt like a chore rather than a delight.
But now I've decided to branch out and post simply about things I create. That will include everything from rustic furniture, to recipes, to my books, and to reviews of other's books. And hopefully I'll gain a new group of followers from Pinterest this way. I'm finally excited about blogging again.

Charissa (charissastastny) | 169 comments Welcome, Carolyn. Your plan sounds like a great idea to rejuvenate the blogging spirit.

message 18: by Aimee (new)

Aimee (aimb) | 1 comments Hi everyone! My name is Aimee and my blog is Getting Your Read On. http://gettingyourreadonaimeebrown.bl... I have been blogging for 6 years and I love it. I average about 3 reviews a week, sometimes more when I just cannot pass up another good book. :) I'm excited to be here! This is another fun way to connect with authors and fellow bloggers. Thanks for letting me join in!

message 19: by A.L. (new)

A.L. Sowards | 2481 comments Welcome Carolyn and Aimee! We're glad you joined us!

message 20: by Jennie (new)

Jennie | 151 comments I'm not sure I'm allowed in this group. I have a blog http://notesfromjenniesdesk.blogspot.com but I seldom review there. My reviews are posted on Meridian Magazine, www.LDSmag.com every other Thursday. I review one to four adult level LDS novels in each column. I review books published by LDS publishers, national publishers, and self or independent publishers as long as the books are clean, have LDS values, and are preferably by LDS authors.

message 21: by A.L. (new)

A.L. Sowards | 2481 comments I think that counts as being a blogger, Jennie! Feel free to post links to your reviews if you'd like!

message 22: by David (new)

David Armstrong (davidalanarmstrong) | 2 comments I feel a little like I'm in an AA group: Hi, I'm David, and I'm a blogger. It really is an addiction. I have a love/hate relationship with my blogs. I love writing and publishing and sharing, but I'm so busy with other projects that it is impossible to be consistent. I resolve every time I post that I will be better. But then life happens.

I have two blogs:
Line Upon Line: Learning by the Spirit (http://lineuponline-dc98-12.blogspot....) where I write faith-based essays. I am about to start a new series on this blog about the book of Isaiah.
Writing Thoughts (http://davidarmstrongbooks.blogspot.com/) where I post about my novel and the upcoming sequel on which I am working now.

I would love to have people take a look, and I enjoy seeing what others blog about as well.

message 23: by A.L. (new)

A.L. Sowards | 2481 comments Haha, love the comparison to AA. I think we're all book addicts, but this group is likely to make our problem worse, not better.

message 24: by Canda (last edited Apr 29, 2016 03:05PM) (new)

Canda | 1 comments I blog about romance books. Books are added weekly, except when I have a special event. During this month (April 2016), I've added a book a day to go along with the A-Z challenge. So I have a different book each day for the alphabet. Many of the featured books are from LDS authors, too! I have a giveaway for a $20 Amazon card and for 20+ books for one more day--hurry over if you want in on that.
