I do have a tumblr as well, although I haven't been too active lately with exams & school. Luckily, my Friday is my last day & then I have a 2 week holiday during which I fully intend to fill my tumblr with LOTS of shadowhunters posts & rewatch all the episodes from the TV show.

In the TV show or book? Oh well I will tell you both

My favorite character from the book is Jace because of how sarcastic he is. He always has something to say. And for the TV show, it is Alec. I don't know if it is because of his desire to be with his family or maybe his looks? You have to admit the tv show alec Is really hot! I mean Mathew Daddario got something going on for him. His face and his beautiful eyes and Megan STOP. Ok I am back

As for my favorite couple.... it has always been malec. I love Clace and Sizzy, but it has always been Malec, and I am strait. I think it is because of Alecs stubbornness and Magnus's glittery personality.

What characters did you find most annoying throughout the books? Or couples? I know I wanted to scream when I though Jace and Clary were actually brother and sister. I screamed even more when simon and clary became a couple.

OMG YES! I found Clary & Simon so wrong as a couple!!!!!! asdfg
I loathed it. I absolutely LOVE them as best friends, & the fact that they would do anything for each other & I'm so excited at the idea that they are or might be parabatai XD

I found Maia quite annoying to be honest. I can't pinpoint what it exactly was about her that made her so annoying, maybe it was just that she was dating Simon & I was more in favour of Sizzy.

And yes, Matthew Daddario is gorgeous, to say the least. His sister Alexandria Daddario, who plays Annabeth in the Percy Jackson films is also very beautiful (I envy their family genes). I love Alec in the TV show for his dedication to his family. In the first book, they focus more on his unrequited love for Jace, his jealousy towards Clary & him being a stickler for the rules & other things but in the TV show they really develop his character beautifully & incorporate all his amazing qualities & his beauty (that happens much later on in the books) from the beginning & I really love that because it seems to me that Alec was kind of underrated in the books, so it makes me ecstatic that they made him a prominent character in the show.
