The self-published fantasy blog-off is entering a second year.
Basically, you submit a self-published work and try to finish top out of 250 or so entries.
210 have already been submitted, and the full rules on how to enter are here:

I'm unable to enter this time, due to not having anything quite fitting, but it's well worth a look.
