Kat Overberg I get that Luce's memory gets wiped with each new life so she doesn't know why she feels a strong attraction to Daniel but this book downplays their love story hard core. Luce was only positive about Daniel when she was with him, which was rarely in this book, the rest of the time she questioned him and their feelings. Which is just a red flag in any relationship. Luce was just too all over the place which made it entirely difficult for readers to connect to the story. It was very hard to get through this book. I honestly only powered through it so I could find out what the mystery was behind Luce and her and Daniel's relationship, which I have to say was worth it.
To all you trying to decide whether to read this series all I have to say is that I was pleasantly surprised and pleased with the ending but it was an arduous journey.

Glad to read about your experience, and that you finished it... but Luce's ever-changing confidence in Daniel isn't "the definition of bipolar." Luce is no where near bipolar. She is confused and hormonal and pretty vulnerable to top it off. I just don't like seeing the word thrown around like that because it seems to further the popular stigma that bipolar is simply quick changing moods. Not trying to attack, just wanting to give some insight. :)
