I believe The Infernal Devices by Cassandra Clare is set primarily in London. And... Marking Time by April White.

Ruby Red is set in London as far as I can remember :)

Shades of London by Maureen Johnson. I feel it depicts London beautifully, the boarding school life, culture and lifestyle.

There are a couple of good urban fantasy books set primarily in london so if you like the genre I suggest to try reading Matthew Swift series or Alex Verus books.
