- Red or ginger hair is often ridiculed (as is often the case with any point of difference), does the character in your book experience that? How do they overcome it?

For this prompt, I read Moving by Jenny Eclair. One of the three protagonists, Fern, is a redhead. I don't remember experiencing any stigma for being ginger so this was potentially not a great example! It's always struck me as a bizarre reason to stigmatize someone (not that there's ever a good reason) - red hair is GORGEOUS.
