Re: Sansa tried to warn Margery about Joffrey
I don't think it would have mattered what Sansa said about Joffrey. Margery wants to be the queen more than anything. Have you ever told a friend a guy is bad news? It usually never does any good.
I love the Sansa chapters.

Oh, I wouldn't worry about Margaery! She is no innocent Sansa. Plus, she has her crafty and ruthless grandmother on her side. Her family wants control but I doubt they will tolerate any abuse of Margaery from Joffrey.

Also, much as I would like to see Sansa happy and rescued, she is infinitely annoying. I can't stand her when she starts daydreaming of flowers and hearts and princes on white horses... Grrrrrrrrrr

I find her thoughts of these girls interesting. She was just like them when she first went to the castle and now knows that things aren't like the songs or stories. → "They are silly little girls, even Elinor. They've never seen a battle, they've never seen a man die, they know nothing. Their dreams were full of songs and stories, the way hers had been before Joffrey cut her father's head off."

I think she likes the idea of leaving and going to Highgarden and seeing how beautiful it is. But really if Willas is a Tyrell he is likely not so bad on the eyes. Everyone else in the family is gorgeous.

I agree with you Leslie she is looking forward to leaving Joff, but she was not so positive about Willas, I simply cannot see why she doesn't understand that her being in Kings Landing is the biggest advantage for Cersei after Arya ran off.

Well, I think it's 'cause she's short-sighted, naïve and selfish. If I were her, I would've long ago tried to warn my family that Arya is not in KL. I know it's hard, but she's never tried. Actually, not even the thought of it has crossed her mind.

Yeah, you're probably right. She says she doesn't believe in the songs anymore, but I don't think that's true. She's still imagining a fairytale where she meets her "prince on a white horse" and becomes his perfect lady. Only now she doesn't expect the prince to actually be one. Or on a white horse.
