****Kelly***** Is it just me or is every bad thing that could possibly happen in a marriage is happening in this book??? I mean everyone is hating Georgia right now because she is trying to fix everything but EVERYTHING IS A MESS RIGHT NOW!!!!!! HOW COULD YOU BLAME HER???? I'm not saying that she is doing the right thing but ughhhhhhhhh. I like this book, I'm just frustrated. And I'm not finished with it. That might be why I'm frustrated.

****Kelly***** Ok I'm finished. Why was everyone keeping all these secrets?? Georgia wanted to understand why everything was happening and learn how to accept and help but everyone kept telling her to worry about her own life AND THEN tell her to marry/not marry Ben. Everyone in this book is such a hypocrite but I loved the ending

Does anyone else feel this way????

Margaret-anne I was very confused why everything was kept from Georgia. The way her character was written was not how the family seemed to see her. It made it seem like she couldn't handle things even though she seemed like the most put together person out of all them . The fact her family pushed her to marry Ben after such a big lie was crazy to me! He was spending time with the mother of his child. He wasn't just seeing his child. That was too much drama for me.

****Kelly***** EXACTLY!!! All in all, I just felt like I was drowning in drama

Sharon I'm totally confused after reading the discussion with comments sounding not all that great, but rating it 4 or 5 stars.
I gave it a 2, but everyone has different choices and apparently different ways of rating. I can only rate a 4 if I really, really like 85% or more of the book, and a 5 if I love 95%

****Kelly***** I gave it 4 stars because the writing was decent and the ending was cute and the idea behind it was nice until every disaster that could happen happened. In other words I liked the idea of it even though it made not a lot of sense so I gave it 4 stars. To put it simply, it was enjoyable but also a bit confusing

Fabiana My thoughts exactly!! So many things could have been resolved if they had just been honest.

message 8: by Kathleen (new) - added it

Kathleen Cochran Liked this one by Laura Dern, but LOVED "The Last Thing He Told Me" and "First Husband". Read them both back to back twice.
