anyone have watched the tv series based on this book?
I know one Marathi show. but not sure it was based on this book
I finished 2 stories as well. I was very touched by what postman did.
Ahh that lovely postman!! nowadays people will kill someone for interfering in their affairs :(
I have completed 4 stories till now. The Missing Mail (Postman) was best so far :)

Completed two more stories. The one with fighting passengers (forgot the actual name) and the blind's dog. Liked them both.

I loved the Astrologer. in fact there were many stories I liked. Two more to go.
Liking it Arpit. I was expecting morals at the end of each one.
Moral stories are also good, but many a times endings are pretentious (and unreal) just to provide that moral :)These are more like snippets from a regular life... you can still draw out morals because every story speaks ;)

Well, Gorab answered for you. There may not be morals, but there are emotions. "Forty-Five a month" is a such a emotional story. Especially, when he describes his daughter sleeping in pink frock....
I have completed the first part, i.e. stories from An Astrologer's Day. It was great. I'm currently on "Wife's Holiday".

I am reading talkative man's story.
Same here, nothing special. Actually, everything will be special when I'll be at home. Just 6 more days, and I'll be heading towards my sweet home. 2 months holiday!! Yayyy!!

I'm done with second part too. Pretty good stories it had. The last part is the biggest one. Around 100 pages.
