Cozy Mysteries discussion

I recently told a friend that I enjoy opening and reading books that were given to me from my grandfather's library; many of them are classic cozy mysteries. They elicit a Proustian moment just by touching, smelling, and taking in their beauty, age, and essence. I am transported to another place and time where I am happily reading with my grandfather.

Oh Yes! My beloved Mother read to me for hours.Probably I remember "Wind in the Willows" the most or the "Anne of Green Gables" series.
It was such a special day every week when she took me to the library.
I have the books my grandparents brought from Germany and every counter, table and all are covered with books.
