Take Me with You discussion

This book is about a road trip, set in summer, and the main character has my profession - a teacher.
It was a nice book, I liked the story even though the main premise was a bit hard to imagine - but still a good story!

I loved this book. It was a bit of an unbelievable story, but maybe the boys' dad was just feeling completely helpless and got a good feeling about August.

I am also a teacher. The only thing that really bothered me is that a teacher's summer vacation is not more than 90 days long. They have to be at the school at least a week before kids get back.
