I know that we've all had this happen: everyone is talking about a book that they thought was amazing, but you just didn't like it. So what is a book that someone else loved, but you hated?

For me, I would have to say that my husband loves the Temeraire books, so I decided that I was going to give them a try because he told me how amazing they were. I couldn't even get through the first book. It just wasn't my style and it bored me. I totally understood why my husband loves them, though.

The Great Gatsby! I just didn't think it was so great, seemed to me to just kind of drag along. But I loved the party at the library!

50 Shades of Grey. I only read the first book though. My aunt said if I read the sequel I would've been sucked in like the rest of the world, lol.
