Hi, I am on page 246. I really like this story. I am at a part where it kind of drags a little bit.

(Spoilers ahead)
I'm at the part where Rider has just asked to hang out with Ainsley and Mallory on Saturday for lunch and a movie. Carl and Rosa, her guardians are saying that they would like to meet Rider before he meets Ainsley. There are parts to this story where I'm like ok hurry up and get to it. Either hook up or shut up.

I am starting this one as soon as I finish my current book!!

Chapter 19(view spoiler)[ okay,..Ryder's coming over for dinner, this is potentially a disaster. I need to know what exactly happened between Paige and Ryder. What is Ryder involved with!?!?!? I can't even guess, and usually I have ideas. I absolutely love Mouse (view spoiler)[ (hide spoiler)] (hide spoiler)]

I'm still waiting on this one to come in from my library holds.

So I'm a little upset and offended so I'm on chapter 24 (view spoiler)[ I'm tired of Ms. Armentrout referring to language as Puerto Rican...there is no Puerto Rican language...it's called Spanish. So their not alternating from Puerto Rican to English, their alternating from Spanish to English. (view spoiler)[ (hide spoiler)] (hide spoiler)]

chapter 34 (view spoiler)[ Okay, I knew that Jayden wasn't going to make it, but it broke my heart nonetheless. I can't believe Carl said that to Mallory. What a blow. I'm pretty sure Carls past involves something similar to either Rider or maybe just getting out of that neighborhood. I felt like a cheerleader when Mallory was standing up to Rosa, I was so happy!!!! (view spoiler)[ (hide spoiler)] (hide spoiler)]

I've finished and man oh man was this a good one (view spoiler)[ I loved this book, I just wish we'd know whether they go to college, how'd Rider do on his SATs. The Velveteen Rabbit part of the book was absolutely perfection. It reminded me what a classic it was and how I use to read it to my children. I also would love to know what happens to Paige, Hector and Ainsley (view spoiler)[ (hide spoiler)] (hide spoiler)]

Chapter 20 (view spoiler)[wow Rider really stepped it up handling all of Carl's questions. I don't blame Mallory for being mad at Carl. I feel so bad that Rider is wrongly being judged after the hard life he's had. I understnd that Carl is worried and being over protective, but I hope he eases up. (hide spoiler)]

Just finished and I really enjoyed this story. I sort of would be down for a companion book following Ainsley and (I hope) Hector. What do you say Jennifer L. Armentrout.

I finished and loved it!! (view spoiler)[Such a great story, the progression of Mallory, her journey was so good. I loved when she started to stand up for herself. I agree with you Erika, I wish we could see further into Rider's journey. (hide spoiler)]

I totally agree Samantha I want a Ainsley and Hector book!!! I'm hoping we get one and then we get to see Mallory and Rider again and how their story progresses.

Chapter 25 (view spoiler)[I don't know what it is about this book, and I'm usually a fan of angst, but I find it completely frustrating to drudge through. Maybe because the subject matter is heavy, or that I'm just not connecting with the characters, but since its gripping start, it's been just so slow. I'm not thrilled that Rider broke up with Paige to be with Mallory (all in the span of a week), even if Paige was being unkind to Mallory. I'm most frustrated with Mallory's naivete. It take some effort for me to finish this book. (hide spoiler)]

And The Problem With Forever it was an amazing book. I like seeing that subjects around heavier things and mental health have been coming around more lately.

I agree I love the author! I've been reading a lot of Mental Health books lately too. I find them so interesting.
