There are 2 collections on Workers Control that came out in the 1970s that both have sections on Yugoslavia. One is edited by Ken Coates. They are collections and somewhat uneven. Not anarchist.
There is likely a chapter in Ours To Master and to Own by Ness and Azelinni.
I haven't read Andre Grubacic's Don't Mourn, Balkanize but he might have something in there. His would be the most anarchist analysis of the writings I've suggested.

Try "Partisan Ruptures: Self-Management, Market Reform and the Spectre of Socialist Yugoslavia" by Gal Kirn. A recent book and very complete. Or "Welcome to the Desert of Post-Socialism: Radical Politics After Yugoslavia", is less objective and more political but still it has a good chapter about Yugoslav self-management: Vladimir Unkovski-Korica's "Self-management, development and debt".

Yes, that link is to a 14pp pamphlet by Fredy Perlman, a well known Detroit anarchist (Black & Red publishing project) who did a PhD in Yugoslavia on workers self-management, and worked in a planning dept. under Tito. I recentlly read his bio, written by his widow. He wrote novels based on his experiences in Ygsvia. I've not read any of 'em, but could be interesting.
