Karen Beck (ksjcbeck) | 12 comments My book club is on a 'book-to-movie' binge. We just did 'Divergent'; next is 'Fault in our stars' and then 'The Giver'(one of my all-time favorite books).

AND....wouldn't you love to see "Garden spells" made into a movie!?!?

message 10: by Shakirah (new)

Shakirah (shakirahknits) Absolutely Karen I think it would be a great movie! At the same time though, I'd be worried - what if they didn't get it quite right

If you've already read all the rest of Sarah's books, then try 'The house at the end of Hope Street'.

I truly enjoyed the book, The Good Luck Girls of Shipwreck Lane by Kelly Harms. Has that magical realism element, and the importance of place. Great summer read!
