Leeann | 9 comments Hi Folks, I have a question.
I am just beginning to teach 6th grade next year and I want to do a unit on Journals.
Can Absolutely Normal Chaos be read as a stand alone, or does it rely on Walk Two Moons?

Melody Bremen (melodyjbremen) | 67 comments I read Absolutely Normal Chaos and I've never read Walk Two Moons (yet). I didn't feel like I was missing anything. I didn't even realize the two books are related.

Sigh - another book to add to my list. This looks really interesting :) It's not linked as a series on Goodreads.

Yes. As far as I can tell, only the comments uncover any connection to Walk Two Moons. Though I think the latter is the better book (I have read both, but it's been a while). I have liked all of Sharon Creech's books I've read (which is quite a lot), though some are better/deeper than others.
