Jenares waited for Mira at the train station, having purchased tickets to them to travel to a near port so they can depart to the island. Everything was packed and he couldn't wait to leave!

Seeing Mira, he waved at her and smiled: "Hey Mira! Are you ready to leave? I already purchased our tickets!"

Mira had dressed smartly and carried a simple bag. She waved, smiling and sliding over to him. "Thank you for buying a ticket for me; it's lovely of you," she smiled, "it's gonna be wonderful, like a vacation."

“Your welcome Mira. I hope you will enjoy our mission!", Jenares smiled, blushing a bit as his cheeks turned a bit pink. She was so nice and kind! As the train arrived, Jenares and Mira stepped into the train, really being excited about their mission!

She climbed aboard and in kindness ordered them sandwiches, smiling softly. "So, thank you for taking me out. I really needed some incentive to leave the guild for a mission. I've been aching for want of an adventure."

"Your welcome again Mira. And you really deserved it!. What would Fairy Tail be without you? You do so much for us to give us a great time in the guild!", he smiled, gladly accepting the sandwhiches.

"It wouldn't be," she said modestly, "Thank you very much," she said, bowing her head briefly, then digging in to eat.

Jenares blushed again and smiling at her, he started to eat as well.. After two hours of talking and eating, they arrived at the port which leaves to the island, Jenares escorted Mirajane to the boat and being perfect on time, the boat started to leave, heading to the island. It wasnt a cruise ship of course, but Jenares couldn't deny that he liked the boat in which they were onboard.

It was cozy and nice, and the deck was sunny. Selecting a nook that was out of the way, Mirajane laid down and rested, stretching out her arms. "Care to join me?"

"Oh, uhm sure!", Jenares blushed, laying down next to her, enjoying the beautiful weather. He was really shy to her since he likes her a lot and for a moment it felt like they went on a true vacation!

She relaxed. "Even if we have to work a lot later, I love this cool breeze and salty water. It is quite a nice break right about now. I know I'll enjoy this excursion. What about you?"

"It feels amazing Mira!", Jenares nodded, stretching his arms. "It is giving me all the strenght to work on the island. I hope that the villagers dont have too much trouble to colonize the island. We will help them though with everything we can offer for them!"

She smiled at his reaction, really relaxing. "It shouldn't be very hard, just guards and helping them build up some homes. Oh, we should get on some sunscreen if we're going to be out here very long."

"Yeah. I hope we will meet nice people there. It really encourages me to work. No matter what I have to do. I have some sunscreen by the way!", Jenares smiled, requipping some and giving it to Mirajane. "Is there anything else we might need while working?"

"Thank you again! You're more prepared than I," she chuckled, smearing her arms with the milky paste. "I love working, too. I don't need much, but it's always nice to feel appreciated by people. That's the best reward for any work."

"You are absolutely right! Mira There is no better reward then to feel appreciated by people!", Jenares said smiling, smearing his arms with the milky paste as well. As he relaxed, he could see the shores of the island.

Mira smiled at him and nodded. "Wow... that seemed like a very fast trip! I loved it very much."

"It was a great trip. Almost so great that I wish we could stay longer on the boat!", Jenares smiled. Reaching the shores of the island, Jenares and Mirajane left the boat and having made their first steps on the island, Jenares looked around asked: "Where shall we go?"

"Well, to the city. Let's take what we can and help unload everything." She cleared her throat. "Hey, Jenares, do you want to race to the place? No magic?" she prompted.

He nodded. "I agree. Lets hope though that everything will be all right in the city!",

Blushing a bit when she asked him to race to the place he said smiling: "All right! On the count of three okay? One, two, three!", he said, starting to run.

Mira ran, barefooted, and her feet pounded against the sand. It gave, but she kept advancing, keeping pace. She ran by the shore, where she could get better ground.

Jenares ran by the shore since the sand is harder and easy to run on. He tried to run as fast as he could, but it was not easy to catch up with Mira. Eventually arriving at the town, Jenares stopped, panting a bit but said smiling at Mira: "That was a good race. I had really trouble to catch up with you. You win though!"

Mirajane puffed as well. "I really haven't had a workout like that in a while! It's a good warm up for this quest," she chuckled, smiling over at him. She crawled over the half-finished walls. "Come on, let's introduce ourselves."

“Lets go!”, Jenares smiled, crawling over the wall as well and seeing a lot of men at work in the town. Trying to find someone who is in charge, Jenares saw eventually someone giving orders and walking over to him he wanted to introduce theirselves to him, but before he could speak the man said: “Ah! You two must be the mages who took our request! Can I write down your names?”

"I'm Mirajane Strauss," Mira said sweetly, bowing at the waist. Her voice was drowned out by the loud hammering as men and women fervently sawed and hacked at boards for the wall.

"I'm Jenares Amaryllis", Jenares said polite, bowing his head a little. Writing down their names, the manager said: "Thank you! I'm Tom, the main manager who is giving the tasks and orders around here.". Looking over to Mira he smiled: "I watch often your photoshoots in the 'Sorcerer Magazine and you are an amazing model! Is your partner your boyfriend? Anyway, lets go straight to business. Now normally I give a job to both to you and you just simply complete the task, but since we have many things to do right now you may pick a job yourself. Just walk to one of the task task givers and ask them if you could help them! They will tell you what to do and they also give you everything you need or want! Thanks a lot for taking a our request though!", the man said, bowing his head and walking off to go back to his job.

"No, we're not dating," Mira blushed, "And that's hardly straight to business." She blushed. "Well, I suppose I can help with the wall," she said, shuffling her feet and looking down at her feet. "So, Jenares, where are you starting?"

Jenares cheeks turned a bit pink by that question and tried to act normal and once the manager left he said to Mira: "I think I'm going to help building the walls as well. I can carry heavy stones and wall up the walls together."

"Me too!" she chuckled. All right... let's get to the quarry and help each-other out, shall we?" she smiled. "Stone or wood?"

"Good idea! I think we will have to make a wall from stone, but I have also seen wood walls.", Jenares smiled.

"Hmm... let's do wood first, then stone. It'd be better as a first line of defense, you know," she chuckled. "Then we can work on reinforcing it."

He nodded. "All right. Lets do our best!", Jenares smiled, getting the supplies and starting carrying wood to the near walls. Most of the wood was already cut and it was not very heavy!

Mirajane could carry great loads! Everyone seemed very shocked at her skills. She looked really cute even while lifting such massive weights!

Jenares was also shocked, but smiled at her as she was of course an amazing S-class wizard. Carrying loads as well, he helped some people cutting trees to supply more wood.

Mirajane smiled back, really quite happy to work her arms off. Everything was heavy and she was a bit out of practice.

Jenares cuts down loads of wood since he could easily cut the trees with a very sharp axe. Seeing the manager walking around he heard them shouting: "Come on lazy lads! Give a good example like our two mages!"

Walking over to Mira, Jenares asked: "Can I help you carrying some woods?", since there was too many wood which needs to be carried to the wall.

Mirajane smiled. "Yes, please," she said, carrying enough for her muscles, but too much for her to reasonably manage. She looked about ready to spill it all over the floor. "Thanks so much." She tried to carefully put them down.

"No problem Mira!", Jenares smiled back, Carrying some for her and gently laying it on the ground so the other workers could continue building the wall.

Mirajane stretched out her arms. "I'm afraid that I'm a tad out of practice.

"Dont worry Mirajane. You are doing great! You carry more wood than all the other workers!", Jenares chuckled, laying down the last amount of wood before they could finally rest for a few minutes.

Mira sighed. "Thanks! I still feel like I'm not doing enough," she sighed. "I really have let my skills slide a bit. Will you train with me later?"

"Dont worry!", Jenares said, patting her shoulder. "Soon you will feel yourself on full strenght again!". Blushing a bit when she asked him to train he said: "Oh, uhm sure! ",

"Fantastic, thank you, Jenares." She kissed his cheek and quickly picked up most of her own load again.

"Your welcome Mira!", he said smiling, blushing deeply though when she kissed his cheek. Seeing the manager smirking and winking at him, his face went tomato red and as the manager walks over to him he heard him whispering: "Not dating huh? Well, you are a surely the luckiest man in Fiore if you could score her!".

Not knowing what to say, Jenares blushed really shy: "I-i-i quess so!", picking his load as well and going back to work while still having pink color on his cheeks.

"Score me?" Mira asked, face looking very dangerous suddenly. "If you use such terms around me, you'll soon find yourself the most unlucky man." Did Mira have freaky hearing or what?

Quickly walking a away like he said nothing, the manager continued going back to work, but leaving Jenares totally ashamed as he slapped his forehead and shook his head. All right, he will lie if he said that he doesnt like her, but THAT are the kind of comments that could end someones friendship!

Still having a red face, Jenares walked over to Mira and said: "I-I! I am so sorry about that! I did not know why he said!"

"It's fine!" she said nervously, chuckling and rubbing the back of her neck. She actually dropped the wood she'd been carrying, jumping back, pretty distracted.

"Phew, that was shocking! I hope you are all right!", Jenares blushed, picking up the wood and giving it back to her, carrying some wood of it himself so its not too heavy for her. "Here", he said while giving the wood to her.
