What's the Name of That Book??? discussion

im looking for a book that i had read probably in 2012-2013. Its a Scifi book. the min characters are two teenagers one boy named Fella ( main) and his friend Gabby. Fella grew up in a Orphanage, he escapes with his best friend gabby via a subway type thing that was under a light house ( i think) because he is sick of how controlling the people on the island are. there are guards all over the island that control what each person does. later on in the book we find out that this is because almost every person on that island has been grown with the intention of using them as "spare parts" for people living on another island. like every person on the "normal" island can buy this "life time insurance" and when they do the insurance company creates a exact replica of that person so that if something happens and they need a body part then theyll just use the replicas body parts. Fella is the only kid on the island that is not a replica and thats because his mum, who was a journalist who found out about all of this and was trying to expose the company only to end up being killed by the CEO himself, one of the cops on the scene took pity on Fella and took him to the orphanage without the CEO knowing. when gabby and fella escape they find a place to live with a nice family who help them out. one day fella see a poster of a girl that looks exactly like Gabby and finds out that this girl is in need of a heart transplant, long story short this Gabby is this girls created replica and that the insurance company is on the hunt for gabby. the CEO of this insurance company turns out to be Fellas dad.

please help! i can pretty much remember everything that happens in this book, everything but its title! any and all book suggestions are appreciated
