Play Book Tag discussion

From the beginning this was well on its way to being a 5-star book for me. I loved the concept of a secret organization of time-traveling historians, and I liked the protagonist. In fact, the only thing I wasn't sure I liked was the title - way too long and not really evocative of the story.

Well, it lived up to its title eventually. While I still thoroughly enjoyed this rip-roaring romp, I dialed down my rating to 4 stars because the book at the end just suffered from overreach. Just too many damned things after another!

Don't get me wrong - I highly recommend this to anyone who wants a fun time. I just think it has minor flaws that are easily overlooked.
