Character creation Follow the format given on the character creation thread. You character must be your own creation. You are allowed to be related to any original character from the Game of Thrones series (ex: daughter/son, niece/nephew, etc). You are allowed to use the photo of any original Game of Thrones character, but explain why they look so similar. You are only allowed to be your created characters. You are allowed to multiple characters - Just be sure to be clear who is doing what and make sure you keep track of all of them ; )
Starter thread will be in be King's Landing - The Capital. There you can introduce yourself and give your links and whatnot. Ex, "Hello, I am Sybil and I play Jack!" After posting there, feel free to roam.
Post accordingly We role play in third person. For example, "Sybil picked up her cup, and said 'Wow this is good!'" as opposed to "I picked up the cup." Be thorough about what is happening. Refrain from one-liner posts. Three sentence minimum to keep things going! Grammar, Grammar, Grammar. Try to keep in mind your grammar while posting. To the best of your ability. No t3XT sL@Ng Pl$.
Locations Any character is allowed in ANY location in Westeros and Essos. Only one location per character, please. Keep track of where you are! Don't get lost! = ( (Just to avoid confusion.)
PG-13 appropriate? Just kidding. Game of Thrones isn't PG-13, So why should we be? Goodreads informed us to make sure we keep ourselves under control though. Swearing / cussing is allowed, but be sure to keep it at a minimum. Alcohol is allowed, but don't go overboard. Be respectable Just like any other roleplay group - No godmodding. No powerplaying. Do not mock, pick on, or bully any characters or members. None of it will be tolerated! Try not to hurt anyone's feelings. Be nice. There IS a difference between being a dick and playing a character. = )
No advertising other groups.
Off-Character Talk Put your commentary in double brackets to avoid confusion. For example- ((Hey, I love your photo. Are you a big fan?))
