Fates and Furies
question
slow beginning, but complex, fascinating writing at end

I found myself pushing myself through the first chapters of Fates and Furies, but then got repaid for my efforts later on. The story moved more rapidly, and even better, the alternating viewpoints really worked. Such complex interweaving is a complicated task for an author. As a psychiatrist/novelist, I find that doing that right is very difficult. Glad I persisted till the end as it gave pleasure on several levels.
