link to picture on my blog. My mom got me a typewriter charm when I was eleven. Had no idea I would ever write a book until I retired. I just turned 63. My husband had it cleaned and put on a chain for me. The carriage and tab actually work on it.

That is very sweet! I love that the carriage works. Your mother foretold your future. You're never too old to write... maybe to be a supermodel, but then who wants that when you can live that life and so many other's in a book? LOL!
