Who doesn't like a free book? There are many groups that offer free books in exchange for a review. Please feel free to share in this thread those groups.

Ƹ̴Ӂ̴Ʒ Jenn Ƹ̴Ӂ̴Ʒ Schu (jennschureviews) I'll start us off:

http://www.bragmedallion.com/

They offer free books in genres that you prefer in exchange for your recommendation (yea or nay). I have received books in the various formats (paperback, hardback, e reader).

Loads of interesting books in different genres, and loads by Goodreads authors (you can review it here).

Just downloads...

Actually I don't need more books (I already have loads and loads)... But I always want more - when it comes to books, I'm really greedy.... Bad habit... I just love them so (well, most of them, anyway...)!

Well, I liked the other one as well :). But this one is even better!
We were walking in the forest the other day and came past a house at the edge of the forest. The lady of the house had put a box (waterproof) outside with books in it she didn't want anymore. So she offered them for free to all the wanderers who came by!

Greg Perhaps others have already heard about this, but there's a library affiliated SYNC program where two audiobooks are being offered completely free each week this summer. I heard about this from the "Catching Up on Classics" group and thought I'd share it here. The program is intended to get younger people into reading, but anyone can download! You just need to install a library affiliated book application called "OverDrive Media Console." I did it today through my old iPod touch, and it was pretty easy. I just downloaded the app through iTunes and then right clicked on the menu on the left side of the app to download the week's free audiobook. The website said you can do the same thing through Windows or Android platforms as well. Here's a link with more info: http://www.audiobooksync.com/sync-sch... And Jen, I thought of you because one of this week's free audiobooks was Anne of Green Gables - that one is available until the 25th! :)

Ƹ̴Ӂ̴Ʒ Jenn Ƹ̴Ӂ̴Ʒ Schu (jennschureviews) Awesome Greg! Thanks for sharing :)

This was my first time using it, but I'm glad I went through the trouble of setting it up!

Allison Goh | 2 comments Hi! My futuristic thriller, "The Genetic Lottery" is FREE until 13/11. Please check it out!

http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00M6BXQXO

Synopsis:
The children of the Alpha5, the top 5 conglomerates in Egalia, find themselves up for public scrutiny when the news of their genetically selected origins is leaked to the public. Impossibly good looking, intelligent and heirs to the biggest fortunes in Egalia, the secret of their births has caused intense backlash. Not only do the public loathe them, they represent a betrayal of The Genetic Lottery, the system that forms the backbone of Egalian society. The Genetic Lottery promises every couple a child, free from all markers of genetic disease, but the Alpha5 children have far exceeded those parameters. Luckily, a revolutionary leader emerges, promising to tilt back the playing field with his cutting-edge technology, the Infinity Chip. Alex Etak promises to soothe the public furore and take down the genetically superior species by equipping the masses but does he have a separate agenda himself?
