Reading & Rambling discussion

So Alyssa, Michela, Victoria and I are the official or continuous hosts for our monthly liveshows. The Google hangouts feature that we'll be using allows for up to 10 people to join via video chat. This means that 6 more people can join us via video chat each month, and I'm trying to figure out the most fair way to decide who gets to join this month. (Anyone who is not hosting via video chat is, of course, more than welcome to participate by asking questions and everything using the chat feature, or even twitter)

Right now I've decided that the fairest way to choose our additional hosts is simply in order of who joined the group. This means that:

Daniel, Devin, Noor, Cyndi, Devan and Halee

For the sake of clarity, if I have listed your name above please respond to this discussion thread with a simple statement along the lines of "I would like to host" or "I do not want to host" so I can keep everything organized and ensure that you are actually interested in hosting this month :) There is no pressure here for anyone, if you don't want to host this month, you don’t have to, just please let me know!

Whoever was not on the above list: {Catriona, LOURDES are now welcome to join this month due to other members' responses}, Leah and RJ, next month let me know if you are interested in being an additional host. Or if someone does not want their spot this month, it will go to the next person in line. (And Aly, whenever you are interested in guest hosting, please let me know!) (And Cyndi and Alyssa will be jumping in next month).

I'm trying to make this whole thing as simple and fair as possible. So if you don't like my system, and think there's a better way to organize things, please say so and we can all discuss.

Once we get this month's hosts figured out, we can hop over to the other liveshow discussion thread to work out a date and time.

I really want to host. But, I have zero experience! Does that matter? I think I won't host this month; could I be placed next month?

I've never hosted either, so that doesn't matter at all! But if you want to just watch and see how everything goes, you can definitely wait until next month :)

Hey so this month was crazy for me. Would it be okay if I become regular as of next month. I completely ran out of time to actually read the book so I doubt my hosting would be much of help. Then you could add one more person in this month at least and then I'll jump back in for next month
