Thank you Brenda, you know I had to do a search of books written about Ireland, and came across Brian McGilloway, I have never read his books before but they certainly gained my interest, so thought it best to start with the first, whether it is nominated or not, I definitely want to read Little Girl Lost :)

One of the Katie Maguire series by Graham Masterson - A Terrible Beauty (#1), Broken Angels (#2), Red Light (#3) and Taken for Dead (#4) are the 4 I've read so far and really enjoyed (I think there's 7 in the series to date).
