★★★★½ Didn't get a lot read or listened to this month, but I did enjoy
. Totally, not my kind of hero, but EH had the talent to pull it off. When an author can do that for me, that makes the book all that much better. Can't believe this series continues to excel. Looking forward to Duke of Pleasure coming out.

Oooh! I knew SEP was coming out with another in the Chicago Stars series... thanks for letting me know it is here, Anita. Just got it.
I loved it. There are few authors that write romance without a lot of sap and SEP is one of them.
I have yet to enjoyed an SEP book or Lorraine Heath book
Ezi, you are missing one of the best romance authors ever. You really need to try SEP. Just pick a series and dive in.

I ended the month with some wonderful books!
WOW I read 40 books in August - kids were back in school can you tell! So about a 50% rate this month - that's pretty high for me I'm usually about 30% - 40%.4.5/5 Star Reads:
