I'm re-reading the first two volumes and trying to finish the series this weekend :)

Volume 1: (view spoiler)[I remembered what happened but not how bloodthirsty the events were and can't even imagine what the kids might be going through. Though I must admit that Bode was brave to go back to the wellhouse by himself after all... The ending was startling, can't wait to know what happens next :) (hide spoiler)]

Volume 2

(view spoiler)[Okay, I'm really intrigued to know who that Luke guy is, or rather what he is... and what is he trying to do? What happened back then in that cave that 20 years later he's still holding a grudge against the Locke family and pretty much anyone that knows him? I hope we get to know him better in the next volume and that he doesn't get anyone else killed... (hide spoiler)]

Volume 3

(view spoiler)[That was an intense epilogue... poor Nina, she's totally wrecked and can't get herself together, not even for the sake of her kids. I really hope she finds the strength and resolve to get over it, cause she's going from bad to worse.
Still don't understand how Ty didn't realise the shadow had the shape of his friend, he even managed to get away in the sea with a key!! I wonder what other keys might be for, I could totally use the mending one :) (hide spoiler)]

Volume 4

(view spoiler)[Finally things got REALLY interesting in this volume... It wast just about time that one of the kids found out about Zach/Luke/the dark lady, it was getting so exasperating to see him get away with everything!! I'm curious now about what's going to happen with Bode's and Sam's souls? Just when I thought they might put an end to Luke, things went totally wrong!! (hide spoiler)]

Volume 5

(view spoiler)[Whew, such a long flashback. It's good to have so many questions finally answered, it makes it easier to understand many things that we didn't know why they happened. Now that the Locke keys have all the information, they just have to find out that the enemy is still alive and they're sleeping under the same roof!! Can't wait to see how it all ends. (view spoiler)[Aw man, something got in my eye... I was hoping they would find a way to not end with Bode's life, but I guess it would have been too perfect. Ty's idea was brilliant, it was good to see what his father had to say after all the damage he had caused, his help was crucial at the end. And the kids have grown up a lot... What Tyler did at the end took a lot of courage. The ending... well, I had gotten used to what had happened and then... I guess it wasn't the end for Bode yet :) (hide spoiler)]

Volume 1 (view spoiler)[The beginning was intense but then slowed a bit. The lady (being-thing...) in the well creeped me out. I was worried that boy would get in trouble always visiting her and ghosting out. (hide spoiler)]

Chapter 1 (view spoiler)[Brutal start. The sound effects made the ambiance creepy and intense. Sam Lesser is one crazy dude. (hide spoiler)]

Chapter 2 (view spoiler)[Since I'm listening to the audio book, I didn't know the correct spelling of Bode's name.. I spelled it Bodhi. Anyways, I love Bode. He's adventurous and genuine. This concept of him going to a door making him a ghost is fascinating. (hide spoiler)]

Chapter 3 (view spoiler)[Damn.. this echo is creepy. Sam Lesser is going crazy. The dude escaped on juvenile detention. (hide spoiler)]

Chapter 4 (view spoiler)[Even Sam's a bit of a psycho.. I pity him after hearing his story. It's quite harsh. Looks like he's on the way to the Keyhouse.. (hide spoiler)]

Chapter 5 (view spoiler)[The girl in the well scared the crap out of me. If I'm Bode, I'll be scared to death. Sam is back taking them as hostage. geeeeee (hide spoiler)]
